When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, shipping address, credit card number
and expiry details. The requested information is for the purpose of order processing, order fulfillment and
communication with you on your order status. All the information supplied will be stored in a secure database
and kept confidential. Besides Airline Hobby Shop, only the payment gateway, Authorize.Net, and the respective
credit card company will be using the information provided for order fulfillment purpose. No personal information
will be disclosed to any outside organization for marketing or other usage.
Our shopping facility utilizes the SSL (Security Sockets Layer) technology, which is an industry standard for
protecting web communications. Data is encrypted (turned into code) before transmission via the internet to
prevent it from being intercepted.
Prices
All prices shown on the product pages do not include shipping costs or applicable tax.
Details of additional charges will be provided on the billing page before you confirm your purchase. When you
submit your order, the product prices, together with the additional charges, will be debited from your credit card.
Please note that the consignee needs to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes, and postal clearance
fees where applicable at destination.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost for delivery within the United States is $6.50 for the first 4 items, and $1.50 for each additional
item. Shipping outside of the United States is $13.00 for the first 4 items, and $3.00 for each additional item.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card only. We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
There is no surcharge for using your card to purchase Airline Hobby Shop products online. You will be charged upon
shipment of your order, in US dollars (USD).
Delivery
All items sent via U. S. Postal Service. Additional shipping options available at extra cost - please inquire prior
to placing an order.
Guarantee/Refunds
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt for refund of purchase price. No refund of
shipping charges. Airline Hobby Shop will not be liable for changes of exchange rate if applicable. All refunds will
be processed through the credit card of the original purchase only.
Cancellation
All orders received will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled, unless the requested items are out of stock.
